Epoxy Resin Worktop
The worktop shall be monolithic, filled epoxy resin product and shall consist of a polymerized cast resin material formulated to provide a work surface with high chemical resistance characteristics. The combination of epoxy resin and asbestos free inert material shall be oven-cured in molds to obtain maximum physical strength and stability. It is available in thickness of 19mm and different color combination. Edges and corners furnished with flat, radius marine edges to prevent spillage of fluids. Worktops shall be provided with 100mm high backsplash ever shown in drawing same material and thickness as worktop. Applied backsplashes are to be joined to the top at the job site. Also these tops shall be highly resistant to normally used laboratory reagents.

Phenolic Resin Worktop
Phenolic Resin counter tops are lightweight, hard, durable and highly chemical resistant. They are oil and moisture resistant and do not support the growth of most bacteria and fungus.
It provides us with continuous heat exposure up to 350°F (176°C). And is resistant to scuffs and abrasions. They are the preferred choice for environments where lab experiments are performed in a contaminated free environment. The worktop shall be with 16mm thick Trespa Top. Lab plus, a self supporting flat panel with a cellulose fiber reinforced Phenolic resin core. Each panel has an integrated decorative surface based on pigmented, electron beam cured resins which are resistant to the most aggressive chemicals and easy to clean and maintain.

Technical Ceramic Worktop
High-performance ceramics, also called technical ceramics, are a material that - in contrast to decorative ceramics - has been optimized for technical applications. It is characterized by special properties, mainly with regard to heat resistance, mechanical stability and dimensional stability .The worktops shall be made of first grade Acid resistant red colored ceramic tile of 145x145mm with raised rim, are bonded to 36mm thick plywood base and jointed chemically resistant cement.

Stainless Steel Worktop
The worktop made of 316 grade steel bonded on to wood core with suitable reinforcing on the underside they are available flat edge or raised edges. Solid stainless steel worktops are a unique product innovation, which fits perfectly to the current green sustainability and contemporary minimalism themes. Melamine Laminated Plywood
The worktop shall be made of water proof bonded furniture grade plywood of 24mm, 30mm, and 36 mm thickness and finished with high pressure melamine laminate of 0.9mm thickness on both sides. All edges shall be finished with 3mm thick PVC edging bonded by means of hot melt glue at 205degrees Celsius in the factory.

Worktop with limited level of chemical resistance, recommended for desk worktops, mobile benches, instrument benches. Not suitable for most of aggressive acids, solvents, bases and oxidants.
